Overview:

We’re looking for a Head of Operations at Infinite Machine. This person will play a critical role in bringing P1, our first vehicle, to market while building an operational machine to scale our business and bring our next vehicles into the world.

• They will oversee our supply chain—manage production timelines, wrangle internal dependencies, maintain supplier relationships—as well as our internal operations—finances, logistics, team communications, etc.
• The ideal candidate has experience at hardware companies that make great products. They will function as the company's "glue" and be comfortable filling in the gaps where they show up.
• They will report to the CEO and work closely with the whole founding team. This is an in-person role based in our Brooklyn headquarters.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management & Supply Chain:
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables through production
  • Work within our team to align stakeholders, unblock dependencies, and move projects forward
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
• Finance & Internal Ops
  • Keep internal budget and architect cash flow cycle / inventory management
  • Organize and streamline internal processes and docs
  • Maintain clear communication across teams
  • Build a lean and mean vehicle servicing / customer support strategy
• Everything else
  • Manage office + NYC workshop
  • Set up basic HR processes
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• You have deep experience in operations and supply chain management at a great hardware company
• You’re extremely organized and good at managing projects with many dependencies
• You can work at the highest and lowest levels; you think strategically but ready to get your hands dirty and answer support tickets if that's what the team needs
• You can manage a budget and design a cash flow model
