Role Overview:
Infinite Machine is hiring a Head of Marketing to design and execute a creative marketing plan. This plan should take inspiration from the worlds of high-end design, fashion, hospitality, automotive, and luxury. Our goal is to build an dynamic, futuristic American vehicle brand, and this person will play a critical role in making that happen.
The ideal candidate is hands-on and all-media savvy: a communications planner/director/doer who will work directly with the founders of Infinite Machine and its brand on all advertising, storytelling, digital experiences, social media, events and news.
The best person for this job will dedicate themselves to communicating the right message in the right mediums to the right audiences. This includes stakeholders, influencers and collaborators, community-building, and the press.
The Head of Marketing will be a part of the Infinite Machine inner-team, working across all areas of the company to build a compelling and innovative brand for a post-car future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy targeting the premium sector to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with high-end retailers, influencers, collaborators, hospitality partners, and other relevant partners. Create timely, newsworthy team-ups that further the brand and its goals.
- Storytelling Content Creation: Oversee powerful content and impactful storytelling. Our goal is to be a content-making machine with a deep brand story. This includes product videos, documentaries, product demonstrations, and advertising that furthers the Infinite Machine brand in all mediums.
- Press Relations: Manage relationships with the relevant press and media to ensure positive coverage and effective communication of the brand's message. Plan a dynamic comms plan with a strong mixture of design, automotive and high-end design journalists.
- Events: Coordinate strategic events that increase brand exposure. Oversee and organize Keynote presentations, product launches and introductions, event graphics, signage, and overall event experiences.
- Brand Representation: Represent Infinite Machine at industry events, conferences, and in the media to promote our products and vision. Be vocal about our vision in relevant moments in the branding landscape.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs and preferences are met and exceeded. Create dynamic experiences for customers who are part of our brand.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the luxury or premium product and experience sectors.
